I pay $400 a month in ADDITION to my mortgage so I have somewhere to play my fucking drums. I can't afford a house here in MA, but in NH my $200,000 condo is the equivalent of a big assed house with a yard, basement, hookers in the attic, etc. Then the taxes are LOWER, my car insurance will be LOWER, and they'll even let me have a gun. I'm more worried about culture. I don't want to move into some toothless backwoods community, or retirement age neighborhood, etc... I'd like to be able to find musicians and be withing gigging distance of some clubs or major highways. |

All of my family is from nashua. but the area is key, that's why I said milford, hollis, amherst, merrimac, hudson. those towns are around Nashua. |
