There's a reset pin in the back of the router. Hold it for like 20 seconds and it should reset back to factory defaults. Reboot your machine (easier than troubleshooting if you have a new IP via DHCP). And try http://192.168.1.1 again. Username should be blank. Password should be "admin". |

Now that I think about it, I'm going to still need my 54RT downstairs. maybe I will put dd-wrt on it. I just realized that I have to keep the linksys downstairs and put in a gig switch (unless I put the netgear down there) otherwise, I won't have gig from my desktop to my storage. lame. |
