It's a good place for music but unfortunetly the people who run it have some very tight rules about what you are allowed, or shoudl I say not allowed to do. No moshing, no swearing, that short of shit. But with all ages metal/industrial shows becoming harder and harder to come by at least it gives kids some options . The sad Cafe does have a great stage and live PA/Lights set up, i'll give them that. |

I just want to get one of my bands some exposure so if they get a few fans than it's a success. As long as Bob (Optic Rose) doesn't strangle Jenn (OR bass player) onstage with the mic cable they should get to finish their set. Although they may go more extreme and he may rip her hair out, at which point Linda, who runs the Cafe, told me she'd pull them. I'm not about to tell my band to censor themselves so what happens happens. If we get banned then lets at least do it in style. |

It's on the left next to some church. If you are in Plastow then you are close but the rev is correct, it's off of 495. If you go to the sad cafe's website they have directions, i thought it was www.sadcafe.com but that's not the right place. Maybe do a google search or something.
