She does netflix and I guess she got a movie that was all fucked up and scratched, so it wouldn't play past a certain point in the movie. She contacted them and told them that the disc was broken blah blah blah.. so they arranged to send her another copy. she waited a while and got a new copy... then found out it was the same exact one she returned to them when she said it was all scratched. |
