I was supposed to go see The Addicts, I actually really wanted to but as I had a feeling nobody were going to be at the Green Room, I decided to go...with Troll. A shitty band opened like circus musci kind of band. I was drinking Jager. Then Kylesa went on, 2 guitars, one of the guitar player is a girl, a girl who plays guitar and actually move on stage. RARE. They didn't have their equipment, overwise I would be deaf right now as I forgot my earplugs. These guys are usually super loud, and they play stoner/heavy/drowny/noisy rock...I was thinking, man too bad they're not around for High On Fire..really they're fantastic. The recordings, again, do not match their live performance whatsoever. Bad Business played after, 2 piece, bass and drums. Same kind of shit. Didn't pay much attention. I ate too much at Spikes and I was just thinking about going to bed. We have whatever Kylesa have, available at the store. |
