ANYHOW someone else got it off and when i asked my boss his initial reply was no and then i told him my bf and i are going to visit my family the day before (leaving after work) anyhow, after he said no..he said he would check with his boss but it's probably no..and i told him...well "your" boss gave the other girl the day off... ~~~ well whatever, if i don't gt it off, i'm not comming in anyhow anyone ever done this? what happened? |

At the place I worked for the last 2 and a half years, If you did that they would write you up and then give you the day off when you ask for it in the future, because taking the day off if you want it shows them who's boss, and write-ups at Olive garden are worthless. So, if you think you're in control, take the day off. either they'll fire you or they'll start giving you the days you request off. either way you'll be feeling more respect for yourself.
