[QUOTE="the_reverend:298693"][band=throwing_shrapnel]: they didn't sound as good as they did the other day. I thin it was the PA. they started playing with no one in the basement and slowly a couple people filtered in. [band=triac]: speedy hardcore/punk/noisecore from the south. they were really good. quick songs. reminded me of drop dead mixed with some terrifyer era pigdestroyer. maybe it was just the PA does there, but some of the vocals were over blown like JR's. and there was a lot of "weird" noises coming from the bass cab. it might have been a synth box like dillinger/the_network use, but I don't know. the guitar player was in kayo dot too and he gave me a CD, yeah! [band=flowers_in_the_attic]: the vocals were almost non-existant (due to the singer having lost her voice), but it was still pretty good. the music and vocal placements reminded me of kylesa, but with out as many good progressions. while looking online, they seemed like a punk band, but weren't. [band=my_life_with_her_ghost]: this was my first time see them. I never saw them before the broke up. some rock parts, some CWAFy parts. over all pretty good and entertaining. I think I should check out there mp3s.[/QUOTE]
