Inhuman Rampage contains eight brand new songs and will be released on January 9th, 2006 on Sanctuary’s Noise Records label. The album recording sessions were made at Thin Ice Studios in Virginia Water (Surrey) and guitarist Herman Li’s own studio in West London between April and September, while production duties were shared between Li, fellow axeman Sam Totman and keyboard player Vadim Pruzhanov. When asked to comment on the new album, Li stated: “On the new album we have come up with the ultimate formula that has never been done before. Combining intensity, chaos and melody, with all the DragonForce trademarks plus some more. For us, this is the next evolution in DragonForce’s sound. I have never heard an album sounding like ‘Inhuman Rampage’....the title says it all! It’s seriously gonna blow some heads off around the world next year.” The full tracklisting of Inhuman Rampage is as follows:- 1 Through The Fire And Flames 2 Revolution Deathsquad 3 Storming The Burning Fields 4 Operation Ground And Pound 5 Body Breakdown 6 Cry For Eternity 7 The Flame Of Youth 8 Trail Of Broken Hearts The album will be released on CD and picture vinyl, with the CD featuring an enhanced section and other surprise goodies.... Dragonforce will be performing live in the United States for the first time ever at the legendary CBGB’s in New york City on November 22nd. Li said, “It is with great excitement, and it's a great honor, for DragonForce to play at such a legendary venue as CBGB's for our debut US show. I have no doubt that this show will one day be part of the many historic rock shows which have happened during the venue’s lifetime and we hope CBGB's will never stop rocking! We can’t wait to play for our loyal fans in the US who have been waiting for years for us to come to America!“ |

______________________________________________ [Oct 21,2005 11:30am - DrinkHardThrashHard ""] I got this promo, it's alright but has less variation than the previous 2 records, so it's just glory chorus to double kick speed melody, and back again. I still think the first record 'Valley of the Damned' is great. |
