| _______________________________________ [Dec 21,2005 11:19am - shatteredliz ""] Oh man, it's nuts here! I made it into work today though... Here's a summary of my commute, I drove a mile or so to the top of Brooklyn, walked across the Pulaski Bridge into Queens, took the water taxi to 34th and 1st, then walked to my office at 19th and 5th. There are 5 of us here today, so I decided to put down my card and have work pay for our lunch. It was really wied walking through the streets, because there are so few cars driving around (because they made a rule that cars driving into Manhattan south of 96th Street have to have at least 4 people from 5 am-11am). It's just really quiet, and really odd to think that there's no one on the subways below. |
