They make it using tap water and the machines are solar powered. CA is home of the first hydrogen power stations. I don't remember the exact number, but there are quite a few of them. The problem is consumers switching from gasoline combustion engines to a hydrogen powered engine. Not everyone has the money to go buy a new car, so we pretty much have to drive our gas guzzlers to the ground while auto companies begin manufacturing all hydrogen powered cars. [/QUOTE]
