I just made red wine and peaches..
it was awesome.
mix 2 cups of water, 2 cups sugar, some vanella, cinnomin.
boil down to a syrup.
cut/skin a few peach, toss them in the boiling syrup for a second and then dum the mixture in a tupperware thing, put them in the fridge over night.
next night, mix in some red wine and let sit over night.
it's awesome.

you know what else I did...
I biked down the coast and picked those HUGE plum-sized rose hips and put them in the syrup as it boiled.

pork n peaches ( fuckin sweet ass meal)
get one of those big pork loin things(the ones that are hollow in the middle) , fill it with canned peaches and pears, and half a stick of butter.
stick some rosemary in there too, then line the outside with uncooked bacon strips ( long strips, enough to wrap around) then tie it tight with some string. i cant remember how long you cook it, but my mom makes it sometimes, she got the recipie from the Naked Chef.
