litacore said:
hot damn, this software is sweet. I've never used Protools but I'll bet its dick shrinks when faced with Logic's DSP's if anyone used L7 in a metal project I'd like to hear soundclips of your results. :cd:
It doesnt matter what "software" you use to record. Its not going to sound any different. It could be Prostools, DP, cubase or sonar. They all offer up 192kbps sample rates, rtas/vst etc. plugins etc. Now tape, thats differnat, because it is a totally differnat beast over digital files(natural compression and that would change the sound). What does make a huge differnace is Ad/da converters, preamps, mics and engineer with a good ear. The only differnce between software is how they run, there workarounds etc.
