The drums and samples are done, and John's recording the guitars within the next week or so. Vocals shouldn't be too far from that! We're in no immediate rush to get this CD out, and it's really all for fun anyway. Our name sounds like we're one of those porno-grind bands, but we're actually more thrash... if anything... so don't be fooled. | __________________________________ [Jan 30,2008 2:13pm - BrianDBB ""] MASTERING is COMPLETE! The new Drive-By Bukkake album has been mastered and is COMPLETE! Everything sounds INCREDIBLE (for the equipment we used atleast!) HEAVY and THRASHY, along with the normal stomp shit you would expect from us. ONE WEEK FROM TODAY, I will release the album name and the song titles. We will be having a CD listening party with close friends about a week or two after our show with PSYOPUS on Feb 10th. Greg Murphy of Aetherius is working on the artwork for the album, and I tell you his work is f'n INTENSE! He nailed the concept that we we're going for. It won't be done in time for our CD listening party, but it will definitely be worth the wait at our future CD release show. I'm updating this "studio blog" like we're in fucking Megadeth or some shit, but hey I figured someone out there would want to be kept up to date. But, thanks for reading, we really appreciate it, especially for this ridiculous project. |
