I know caffeine can cause that.. but for some reason when I drink various other things with caffeine in it, it doesn't have that effect on me. Coffee works better than Paxil for me. I tried paxil but that did absolutely nothing. |

I started drinking coffee last winter when I'd have to staff these med school lectures for work. The only way (and I mean ONLY) I could stay awake to read, browse espn.com, or even have the ability to do my job was to drink a cup of coffee. Otherwise I'd be so tired it would hurt 30 minutes into 3 hours worth of lectures. Supplements, and exercise make you feel good.
