Which one are you going to (if any) and why? I'm going to see At the Gates. I've seen Clouds before and they're an up-and-comer so I'm sure I'll get the chance to see them again soon. Boris is kind of the same way even though they live a continent away. They're fucking huge now and don't seem to be going anywhere fast. Torche I could care less about. Another 4th generation cookie-cutter doom band. At the Gates, on the other hand, hasn't come around here in forever as far as I know. Slaughter of the Soul is one of my favorite albums and it would killer to see some of those songs played live. Hopefully they'll be on their game. |
