Grrr. exactly what happened to downtown historic salem/ downtown coast line marblehead. both were cities made and filled with hard working lower middle class american families and now since the housing market has gone to bed forever all the original families who had the houses for centuries, who re mortgaged, have had to sell to the rich bourgeois. though there are still plenty of cool middle class families holding it out in salem, I'm pretty sure marblehead has been yuppified. |
