______________________________ [Jul 13,2009 1:13pm - Yeti ""] there is never a chance i could, i sleep on the train. but occasionally i'll drift out of consciousness for a few minutes. |
______________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 1:15pm - the_reverend ""] never |
_______________________________ [Jul 13,2009 1:21pm - Pires ""] Yeah. It's never for me as well. And I work 3rd shift! |
____________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 1:21pm - arilliusbm ""] I used to fall asleep on the toilet. but I made the mistake for sleeping in there around an hour one day. wasn't the best idea |

___________________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 1:43pm - FuckIsMySignature ""] we have a "recovery room" (similar to a nurses office in High School) at work ... if i'm hungover from the night before i can usually go pass out in there on lunch break. |
_______________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 1:54pm - boblovesmusic ""] well when my boss leaves the room, I usually just kinda lean back and close my eyes, but keep my ears tuned to the opening and closing of doors. |
__________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 2:12pm - succubus ""] i haven't...BUT i think it's HILAROUS when I see people dozing off, or moreso fighting the urge to doze off duting a meeting..HAHAHAHA esp when the head start to fall back and the mouth opens and then they become alert a little a bob their head back up..hahahahahaha |
_________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 2:18pm - darkwor ""] hahah...i sit near an older guy who has a genetic condition with his eyelid muscles, so they appear near shut all the time. he can still see fine, drives and all that. but he passes out ALL THE TIME, almost everyday around 3pm right on the dot, sitting straight up in his chair. it's hard to tell when he's sleeping, i'm not sure if he's looking at me or what. then his head drifts back and i know. he's fully aware of all this and it's a joke around here. i've never been able to fall asleep at school or work, ever. one time recently i was sitting still with my headphones on at my desk, and i started to drift off and my boss came right in. why i got caught that one time, and the guy with his eyes shut rarely ever does, i'll never know. |

_____________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 2:35pm - ouchdrummer ""] good answers. I sleep about once a week on the toilet... It usually falls on the day after a show I play or attend... I'm running all over the city for my job and no one really keeps tabs on me, so i can sleep on the can for a couple hours if I really need it. |
____________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 2:36pm - arilliusbm ""] best thing about sleeping on the toilet = red marks on legs and buttocks for hours after |
______________________________ [Jul 13,2009 3:30pm - Yeti ""] i've heard that's really bad for your prostate. occasionally, (like today) when i get home really late from practice and still get up at 5 i'll drift off at my desk and wake up to my screen saver. that takes at least 10 minutes to come on. oops. |
______________________________ [Jul 13,2009 3:30pm - Yeti ""] actually sitting on a regular toilet is bad for your body in every way, including shitting. |
____________________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 3:32pm - MikeOvDecrepitvde ""] I've only fallen asleep at work while severely hungover. It's a personal bathroom, so I would just lock the door and pass out on the floor and hope no one would ask my whereabouts. |
______________________________________ [Jul 13,2009 4:49pm - Nobody_Cares ""] I tend to doze at my desk in front of everyone sometimes. I also have a showroom with many couches, so they tend to call my name from time to time. And on long deliveries when I don't drive, I totally sleep the whole time. I'm barely hungover anymore, so I tend to doze from lack of calories if anything. |
