Singer Axl Rose and Guns N' Roses band members and album producers copied portions of two of Schnauss' songs -- "Wherever You Are" and "A Strangely Isolated Place" -- for a song used on the band's last album called "Riad N' the Bedouins," according to the lawsuit.

They obviously don't know the background info of Chinese Democracy - considering these songs were in the works like 10 years ago and the songs in question came out in 2003.

The albums the 2 songs are from were released in 2001 and 2003. Wikipedia told me that. :p While they probably won't win, their suit is plausible.
