Including when I bought the faucet/water purifier, I went 5 times. The worst thing is that when we opened the water purifier, someone had bought the crappy water filter and the premium water filter (the one I bought) and then just put all the crappy parts and other things back in the premium box and brought it back. there were all these stripped parts in there that we have no idea where they came from. |
