I eat grassfed because the animals have a proper ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 (about 1:1) and because they are more nutritious over all. More Vitamin D etc etc. When I do buy storebought meat, I take an omega-3 supp to make up for the omega-6s.[/QUOTE]
