The resulting merge required everyone with an online account to have a comcast.net account. Of course no one ever told me this, or if they did I never noticed it. When I moved in November I was signing up for service again. They gave me 4 fucking broken DVR's in a row. I bitched them out and they had a tech come to my house with a truckload of them to find one that worked. Then they gave me a free month's DVR rental fee for free and 3 months of HBO. Lately though I get an error on their site when I try to view a PDF of my current bill. And since yesterday I'm no longer able to get most of my HD channels. If they tell me I need a new DVR I'll fuck all their daughters to death. |
