An actual way to measure that would be to TAKE A RULER and measure from the top hoop to the top of the case. :spineyes: If there is extra space, a deeper drum WILL FIT. If there isn't, then you don't have the case you think you have. I use a 4x14 SKB for my 5x14 snare, BTW. And a 12x14 SKB for my 14x14 floor tom. And an 8x12 SKB for my 9x12 rack tom.[/QUOTE]
