They come up to the US on a work permit mostly on the West Coast; LA mostly. They get in trouble, go to jail. The jail system is like their boot camp. They learn the gang trade in prison then go back to El Salvador to reign hell down there. San Salvador is mostly where they work out of and we were almost 2 hours from there. |
