""] hello all we are a band called slampire from western massachusetts, springfield to be more exact. unfortunately we don't have any recordings available yet but it is a work in progress. we are two vocals (male and female), a guitarist, and a bassist looking for a drummer who will mesh well with our style. the band is based both around the power of vampires and the power of brutal slamming. we all love vampire literature from dracula up through even the twilight series and our lyrics deal with vampire sagas, romances, and struggles of all kinds through all eras. we also do not like to play the role of the archetypical vampire, but rather bring a modern feel to what being a vampire is all about and even though we all like to wear vampire makeup and eye shadow when we perform, we still believe in working out and dress fairly normal. our musical influences include but are not limited to vampires everywhere, skinny puppy, godflesh. bauhaus, g.g.f.h., waking the cadaver, dying fetus, jungle rot, cephalotripsy, and others. if you would like to contact us you can do so through this thread or email us at slampire@gmail.com. we look forward to your input and hope to unleash a maelstrom of brutality and vampirism upon your souls soon. |
