All that off-timed chanting was bizarre. Reminded me of the only time I tried to see Agalloch and the whole crowd kept clapping rhythm through the songs. I left after 2. There was a wretched group in front of me who kept filming themselves and the back of their girlfriends throughout Absu's set with the fucking flash on. Because nothing serves as a great reminder like 15 blurry blown-out seconds of your gf's hair moving to a distorted low-quality Absu song. Otherwise great gig! Thanks to all who came out! |
