I've been working with video, shooting/editing/encoding/authoring for years. The more I browse job descriptions the more it seems like knowledge of Flash, CSS, Java Script etc are really marketable skills since...ya know... that whole "inter"net thing caught on. I feel like it's hurting my marketability to not have that knowledge base. So I'm wondering if any of the multitalented RTTP-ers out there know of any courses/certificate programs/whatever for somebody that doesn't necessarily need to be a web design guru but would like to have a working knowledge of Flash and HTML.
Start with flash tutorials online, too lazy to google one for you. I think it'd help in the video department - you can start working with your videos in flash right away and it's intuitive enough where you can learn a lot quickly. Then you'll have a platform to apply CSS, JavaScript, barrel rolls and so forth.
