The venue will be donating all proceeds (of which there will be none since there is no cover and no one attending anyways) to an anti-bullying organization that will be too docile to complain about not actually getting any money. They will also be collecting blankets and clothing to end bullying because bullies are helpless against blankets. All in all it's a chance for them to promote SWA and some amazing acts (I heard Ron LaChappelle has a hilarious bit on grape drink) and support a less tangible cause that an 18 month old baby won't die from when they don't raise any money.
